Yoga and Hinduism

One of the things I pursued this summer was yoga teacher training and I was exposed to the spiritual tradition of yoga as well as the spiritual tradition of Hinduism. And I think sometimes we can understand our own tradition a little bit more clearly when we come through the door of another tradition. So this morning I'm going to say something about identity from the Hindu mystical tradition which very much mirrors the purpose of identity within the Christian mystical tradition.
